These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the service provider ("Company") that operates the mmjl website (https://mmjl.run) and its related services, games, and payment functions, and you ("Player" or "User").

By visiting the mmjl website, registering an account, or using any of its services, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be published on this page and the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the website after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.1 Minimum Age

2.2 Restrictions

• One person, one account — only one account per individual is allowed.
• You must register with your own personal details — you cannot use someone else's information.

3.1 Registration

When registering an account at mmjl, players must provide accurate and complete personal information. Any account opened with false or misleading information may be closed at the Company's discretion, and any remaining balance may also be handled accordingly.

3.2 Account Security

The player is responsible for keeping their account login and password confidential. Any unauthorised account access must be reported to customer support immediately. The company is not liable for any losses that occur without the player's protection.

3.3 One Account Policy

Each player may hold only one account at mmjl at any one time. If additional accounts are opened, the company reserves the right to forfeit any pending bonuses and close all related accounts.

4.1 Deposits

Accepted payment methods for deposits are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay and CB Pay, with a minimum deposit of 10,000 Ks. Deposits will be processed at pre-set exchange rates, and the company is not responsible for any foreign currency conversion losses.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. The name on the player's withdrawal request must match the name registered on the payment method. If they do not match, the withdrawal may be put on hold.

4.3 Restrictions

• If a player withdraws immediately after a deposit without meeting the wagering requirement, the company may charge a processing fee.
• Deposits and withdrawals suspected of money laundering may be placed on hold and investigated further.
• Deposits made using a third party's bank account or payment method are not accepted.

5.1 First Deposit Bonus

On your first deposit at mmjl, you will receive a 100% bonus (up to 200,000 Ks) on the deposited amount. To withdraw the bonus, you must wager 20 times (x20) the bonus amount first.

Example — Deposit 20,000 Ks, receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving a balance of 40,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 20,000 Ks × 20 = 400,000 Ks.

Example — Deposit 420,000 Ks, receive the maximum bonus of 200,000 Ks, giving a balance of 620,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 200,000 Ks × 20 = 4,000,000 Ks.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility Restrictions

• Each bonus can be claimed once per player.
• Bonus funds and any winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Promotional bonuses may change in line with campaign updates, and the company's decision is final.
• If bonus abuse is detected — such as placing opposing bets deliberately to complete a wagering requirement — the bonus will be voided.

mmjl has 4 VIP levels, and players are promoted based on their playing activity. Each level comes with the following weekly cashback rates —

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 0.8%

Cashback is calculated on losses and awarded as bonus funds. Cashback bonuses are also subject to the wagering restrictions in section 5 of this page and applicable promotional terms.

7.1 Random Number Generator (RNG)

mmjl's games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure equal opportunity for all players. Any player found attempting to predict or manipulate random outcomes will have their account closed.

7.2 Cheating / Fraud Prohibition

• Deliberately exploiting bugs or software errors for gain
• Any method used to influence game outcomes
• Claiming promotional funds through multiple accounts

If any of the above violations are found, the company reserves the right to close the accounts of the player concerned and any related accounts, and bets and bonus funds will not be refunded.

• Standard ID or contact details may be requested for deposit and withdrawal verification (KYC).

9.1 Service Interruptions

The company may temporarily suspend services due to technical maintenance, server issues, or circumstances beyond its control. In such cases, the company is not responsible for any losses from games in progress at the time of the interruption.

9.2 Game Dispute Resolution

10.1 Voluntary Closure by Player

Players who wish to close their account may contact customer support to submit a request. Before closure, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal after verification against applicable requirements.

10.2 Closure by the Company

The company may close a player's account without prior notice if any of the following occurs—

• A breach of these terms is found
• Suspected money laundering activity is detected
• The account is found to have been opened with false personal information
• Bonus abuse is detected
• A self-exclusion request is submitted in line with the responsible gaming policy
